**For carpet cleaning warranty to apply, carpets must have had pre-treatment before cleaning and a carpet protector application applied after cleaning.**

As a FREE BONUS we guarantee that, if after you have tried (following our listed instructions or and our over the phone instructions if necessary) to remove the stain and failed, we will come to your place of business at no charge and use all professional methods possible to restore the carpet.



Restrictions: 


    -This spot warranty does not include tracked-in soil in traffic lanes (this isn’t a spot, it means the carpets need to be cleaned again), pet urine and feces, petroleum products, and extensive water or sewer damage. 


    -We must be contacted within 24 hours of the stain occurring.


    -Customer must make a reasonable effort to remove the spot.


    -Use of improper chemicals will void this warranty (we will supply 1 bottle of professional spotter).

    -Carpet Cleaning “Spot” Warranty expires 6 months from date of carpet cleaning.

Carpet protectors are designed to protect against common food and drink spills, and that is what we guarantee to remove.  As with all complete carpet restoration it depends on the volume of the spill (Example: Six ounces of Coke?  Very likely no problem. Two liters? That may be another matter).
